In my work as a Performance Coach and Psychologist within the last 10 years,I have come to terms with the reality that;EXTRAordinary people are ordinary people who go the EXTRA mile and do the EXTRA over and above what ordinary people do;Hence they achieve EXTRA-ordinary results.

TO BECOME EXTRAORDINARY: 

Be EXTRA creative.You need this for problem-solving, conflict resolution, crisis and change management. EXTRAordinary people are EXTRA focused on their Goals and Vision.

EXTRAordinary people know that to achieve their Goals; they need to be EXTRA clear about their Goals and how they will achieve them.EXTRAordinary people spend EXTRA time to sit down to visualize themselveshaving achieved their Goals and they think about all the things that may stop themand they come up with various ways to overcome these barriers.

This is to the extent that their visualization exercise is like them watching a live movie about what played out and how they achieved their Goal; They See and Feel it already achieved.

EXTRAordinary people have EXTRA Boldness and Courage
Over time they have developed the Habit of Boldness and Courage.
They have fought fear to a stand still
EXTRAordinary people are fearless
