In a matter of hours (at 2300hrs), the dreaded summer transfer window will be closing. players, coaches, football fans and lovers + reporters are all on edge waiting for that deal to go through. anyways, here is a mini-rundown of what has happened and is expected to happen before the window closes.

ARSENAL: Arsenal agree £42.4m deal for Mesut Ozil, reports have it that Arsenal will be announcing Ozil's signing anytime from now. It is said that the transfer documents are being signed at the moment. This should be good news for Arsenal fans

BLACKPOOL: Blackpool announces signing of 30-year-old right-back Bradley Orr from Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers on loan until 2 January.

CHELSEA:  Juan Mata is said to be wanted by Paris StGermain and is rumoured to be in talks with them at the moment.

MANCHESTER UNITED:  have yet to announce a new signing although they are rumoured to be chasing Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera.

LIVERPOOL: They have signed three players, including Chelsea midfielder Victor Moses who will be on loan until the end of the season.
